Roster & Timesheets
Volunteer shift rostering, calendar scheduling, and timesheet tracking with admin approval workflows. Includes personal hours dashboard and downloadable timesheet reports.

Public Website
A branded public website for your organisation — public collection browser, events, membership sign-up and donation pages. FossickHQ earns a small commission on ticket sales and membership fees processed through the platform, keeping your costs low.

Data Migration
We migrate your existing collection from PastPerfect, FileMaker, Victorian Collections, spreadsheets or any other format. $299 for up to 10,000 items, then +$100 per additional 2,500 items.
One-off service, any plan
Onboarding & Training
Online admin onboarding (5 hrs) — $500. Volunteer user training (2 hrs) — $200. Both delivered online via video call. Onsite training available — contact us for a quote.

Common questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is genuinely free, with no time limit. You get full access to all core cataloguing features for up to 100 items and 3 users. When your collection grows beyond that, upgrading is seamless.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No credit card is required to get started. You can use the Starter plan indefinitely for free. When you are ready to upgrade, you will be asked for payment details at that point.
Can I import my existing collection data?
Yes. We support data migration from Victorian Collections, FileMaker, PastPerfect, spreadsheets (CSV/Excel), and other platforms. Contact us at hello@fossickhq.com to discuss your situation — migration assistance is often included at no extra cost.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export your complete collection in standard formats (CSV, JSON, with images). We will never delete your data without giving you ample time to retrieve it.
